Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the DP Import PRO license verification service and use of the DP Import Plugin (“Plugin”) developed by Kamil Niziński (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the verification service or a key issued for PRO access, you agree to these Terms.

The Plugin’s source code is separately licensed under the GNU General Public License as explained below. If these Terms conflict with that license regarding rights in the Plugin code, the GNU General Public License controls.

Developer Information

Service Description

The Plugin lets a WordPress administrator import publicly accessible specialist profile data, ratings, and reviews from supported regional Docplanner platforms and display that content on the administrator’s website. Imported content is stored in the administrator’s WordPress database.

The remote service at https://kamilnizinski.com/wp-json/dp-import is used only to verify API keys and the website associated with PRO access. It does not receive imported specialist profiles or review content.

Open-Source License

The Plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later (GPLv2+). You may use, study, modify, and distribute the Plugin code under that license. The license is available at gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html.

A PRO verification key and access to the remote verification service are separate from the license to the Plugin code. The GPL does not grant a right to use a key issued to another person or to access the remote service without authorization.

FREE and PRO Access

  • FREE: one specialist profile, all available reviews, manual updates, shortcodes, and the dashboard widget
  • PRO: up to 20 specialist profiles, automatic global updates, and bulk updates in addition to the FREE features

Current features are described on the Plugin’s WordPress.org page. If PRO access expires or is no longer verified, existing profiles remain visible and may still be updated individually, but adding profiles beyond the FREE limit and PRO automation are unavailable.

PRO Keys and Commercial Terms

  1. PRO verification keys are issued directly by the Developer.
  2. A key is valid for one website domain unless the Developer confirms different terms in writing.
  3. You must keep the key confidential and notify the Developer if you believe it has been disclosed or misused.
  4. Duration, price, payment, support, renewal, and any refund terms are those agreed with the Developer when the key is issued.
  5. A key may be reissued or reassigned only with the Developer’s approval.

External Platforms

DP Import is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Docplanner Group or any of its regional platforms.

The Plugin connects to the regional platform selected by the administrator. Availability, page structure, content, and access rules are controlled by that third party and may change without notice. Your use of a source platform remains subject to its terms and privacy policy.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Selecting the profiles and reviews imported and displayed on your website
  • Having the necessary rights or lawful basis to import, store, and publish that content
  • Providing required privacy notices and responding to applicable data subject requests
  • Complying with applicable law and the terms of the selected source platform
  • Maintaining backups and testing the Plugin in an environment appropriate for your website
  • Keeping WordPress, PHP, the Plugin, and other components appropriately secured and maintained

Public availability of third-party content does not by itself remove legal obligations relating to that content.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use the Plugin or verification service for unlawful purposes
  • Share, sell, publish, or use a PRO key outside the scope for which it was issued
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the verification service
  • Misrepresent an association with the Developer, Docplanner, or a regional platform

Nothing in this section restricts rights granted to you for the Plugin code under GPLv2+.

Availability and Changes

We may maintain, update, replace, restrict, or discontinue features of the Plugin or verification service. We do not guarantee that an external platform will remain available or compatible, that all public data can be retrieved, or that automatic schedules will run at an exact time.

We may release security, compatibility, or feature updates. You are responsible for deciding when to install an update and for maintaining an appropriate backup.

Disclaimers and Liability

The Plugin and verification service are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, continued compatibility, completeness, accuracy, or availability of third-party content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss, loss of profits or data, third-party content, decisions made by a website administrator, or changes to or unavailability of an external platform.

The Plugin does not provide legal advice or guarantee legal compliance. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate a key’s access to the remote verification service if these Terms are materially breached, the key is misused, or suspension is reasonably necessary to protect the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Suspension or termination of remote PRO access does not remove rights already granted for the Plugin code under GPLv2+. You may stop using the service at any time by removing the key or uninstalling the Plugin.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Plugin, the verification service, or applicable requirements. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision. Material changes will apply from publication or from a later date stated in the updated Terms.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@kamilnizinski.com.
